Cost of Shipping

Shipping varies depending on location and weight of each order. Your shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Turn Around Time

We process orders as received. We use USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. Turn around time for processing and shipping is 10 to 15 business days, this excludes weekends and holidays. Please note: Due to increased traffic during sales and holidays, orders may take longer to process.

I input the wrong address and need to update it, what do you I do?

A: If you need to update your address after submitting your order this must be done within 24 hours after it has been placed, you must email us at unapologeticclothingco1@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address. If this is not sent within 24 hours after your order has been placed we will no longer be able to update this information.

I have not received my order. Where is it?

A: Once your order has been processed and shipped an email will be sent with tracking information that can provide the current location of the package. 

 I received tracking for my order, but it has not updated. Why is it not updating?

A: All packages are taken in and manually scanned at the self service center, if for what ever reason tracking is not updating after 24 hours please contact the courier for further information. Any tracking number sent over the weekend or a holiday will not show a proper scan in until the following business day. 

My package says delivered, but it is not here. Where is my package?

A: Once a package leaves our possession and is in possession of the carrier (USPS/UPS) we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number to directly resolve any further issues.
